By registering an account, logging into the application or using any functions provided by OneVow, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and agreed to all terms of this User Service Agreement and the supporting Privacy Policy. This Agreement defines the rights and obligations between you and the OneVow platform. If you disagree with any clause herein, please stop using all OneVow services immediately.

OneVow offers membership benefits and various value-added paid functions, which you may purchase voluntarily according to your needs.
Auto-Renewal Rules
Auto-renewal is enabled by default for all subscription services. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you must turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. Otherwise, the system will automatically charge your payment method and extend your service for the next cycle.

All payment processes are completed through official Google Play payment channels. OneVow will not store or retain the following sensitive payment information:

You may manage or cancel subscriptions via the following path: Google Play → Account → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions Management
You retain full intellectual property ownership of all content you upload or publish on OneVow, including images, text and personal profile materials. By publishing content, you grant OneVow a non-exclusive, royalty-free license. Within the scope of platform operation, the platform may store, publicly display and perform necessary technical processing on your content solely to deliver basic social functions of the platform.
OneVow only provides basic technical infrastructure and social interaction tools. Online chatting, social connections and offline meetings between users are entirely independent private acts of users. You shall independently assess interaction risks and protect your personal and property safety. You shall bear all consequences arising from offline meetings, private communications or your personal decisions, including property losses, interpersonal disputes and personal safety hazards. The platform shall not be liable for any compensation related thereto.
To safeguard platform operation security and protect the legitimate rights and interests of all users, OneVow reserves the right to impose control measures on accounts that commit any of the following violations:

The platform shall not bear any compensation liability if your account is restricted or banned due to your own violations.
You shall properly safeguard all security information of your account, including login passwords, registered email addresses and security verification data. Transferring, lending or sharing your account login access to third parties is prohibited. If your account is hacked, logged in abnormally or suffers data loss due to improper custody on your part, you shall promptly resolve the issue and bear all resulting consequences.
OneVow may continuously carry out function optimization, version upgrades, service adjustments, system maintenance and other operational activities in accordance with product iteration plans. If service changes materially affect your core rights and interests, the platform will notify users in advance via reasonable channels such as in-app notifications and pop-up reminders.

The formation, validity, performance, interpretation of this Agreement and all related disputes shall be governed by the current laws and regulations applicable in the region where OneVow services are provided. If a dispute arises between you and the platform, both parties shall first resolve it through friendly negotiation.
