OneVow Child Safety Standards Agreement

1. Child Safety Protection Statement

OneVow attaches great importance to the online safety protection of children and minors. As a social matching application exclusively for adult users, OneVow strictly prohibits minors from accessing or using platform services. We comply with Google Play’s requirements concerning child safety and the prevention of Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE), and continuously implement measures to maintain a safe and healthy online environment.

2. Age Restriction Policy

OneVow services are only accessible to adult users aged 18 and above. Users must provide truthful age information during account registration. All users are prohibited from the following conduct:

• Registering an account with false age information
• Assisting minors with account registration
• Luring minors to enter the platform
• Engaging in inappropriate interactions with minors

3. Zero-Tolerance Policy on Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse

OneVow enforces a zero-tolerance stance on any acts that harm children. The platform prohibits the following behaviors:

3.1 Child Sexual Exploitation Content

Users shall not upload, disseminate or store:

• Child sexual abuse material
• Images, videos or text involving child sexual exploitation

3.2 Improper Conduct Targeting Children

Prohibited acts include:

• Sexual solicitation
• Sexual harassment
• Threats and coercive control
• Tricking minors into disclosing private information

3.3 Using the Platform to Target Minors

No user may:

• Search for minor users
• Establish illegal relationships with minors
• Organize or commit acts that harm minors

4. Safety Moderation & Risk Control

To safeguard user safety, OneVow implements reasonable protective measures, including:

• User reporting mechanism
• Risky account identification
• Content safety moderation
• Abnormal behavior detection
• User complaint resolution

Based on risk severity, the platform may:

• Delete relevant violating content
• Restrict account functionality
• Terminate violating accounts

5. Violation Reporting Mechanism

If you discover any of the following circumstances on the platform:

• Suspected minor accounts
• Content posing risks to child safety
• Conduct related to child sexual exploitation
• Harassment targeting minors

Upon receiving your report, the platform will conduct investigations and take corresponding disposal actions.

6. Disciplinary Actions for Violating Accounts

For accounts confirmed to have violated child safety policies, OneVow will implement the following sanctions:

• Delete violating content
• Restrict account permissions
• Permanently ban the account
• Retain necessary disposal records
• Cooperate with official investigations as required by law

7. Protection of Minors’ Personal Information

Since OneVow does not provide services to minors, we do not proactively collect personal information of children. If minor-related information is unintentionally collected due to:

• Fraudulent registration with false information
• Incorrect age input by users
• Abnormal system conditions

OneVow will:

• Delete all relevant data
• Close the associated account
• Deploy additional safety protection measures

8. Third-Party Security Partnerships

To enhance platform security capabilities, OneVow may engage third-party technical services, such as:

• Content moderation services
• Risk detection services
• Data security services

Third-party vendors shall only process information within the necessary scope and abide by applicable data protection regulations.

9. Continuous Improvement of Child Safety Standards

OneVow will continuously optimize child protection measures in response to:

• Updates to Google Play policies
• Revisions of applicable laws and regulations
• Evolving industry security standards
